3MF keeps the handle, lettering and accents as separate color parts.
STL is single-color geometry · STEP is a faceted solid.

From design to first pour

  1. Shape your handle. Set the height, width, and thickness in millimeters. Add a beer name and optional top and bottom lines.
  2. Match your mounting insert. Check the insert supplier’s pilot-hole diameter and depth. This tool makes a smooth hole for a separately installed metal insert; it does not model screw threads. Check that the insert’s internal thread matches your faucet.
  3. Download STL. Open it in Bambu Studio or your preferred slicer using millimeters. For printed threads, rotate the handle upright so the mounting-hole axis is vertical, use a brim, and check stability and supports. Match the orientation used for your fit test. Smooth insert-hole handles may be printed flat; check support needs for the horizontal hole.
  4. Inspect and print. Set walls, infill, and material in your slicer. Check small lettering in the layer preview and test the selected mounting fit before printing a full set.

What the exports contain

STL and STEP contain the complete handle as one solid and do not carry filament assignments. Multicolor 3MF contains an aligned assembly with separate Handle and Lettering and border parts, including flush inlays for recessed text. In Bambu Studio, expand the object and assign each part to its filament. STEP is a faceted solid with triangular faces.

The 3MF stores the selected preview colors as material references; confirm the AMS filament assignments after opening it. The volume shown is the fully solid volume; your actual filament use depends on slicer settings.
